Professional Experience
Attorney Flomy J. Diza joined Reeves & Associates in June 2003 as a law clerk and as an associate attorney after admission to the California State Bar in 2004. He was promoted in 2007 to the Supervising Attorney of the Family Reunification and Naturalization Departments of the San Francisco and Las Vegas offices. He became a partner of the Firm in January 2008.
Mr. Diza has successfully represented hundreds of clients for immigrant and non-immigrant visas in the United States and abroad. He also has extensive experience and master’s training in Family Reunification, naturalization, waivers, appeals, asylum, employment-based matters and in deportation/removal proceedings.
Education
Attorney Diza earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the Far Eastern University in 1990 and his Law degree from the University of the City of Manila in the Philippines (Pamantasan Ng Lungsod ng Maynila) in March 1995. He was a consistent scholar and graduated one of the top students in his class.
Memberships and Activities
Mr. Diza was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1996. He practiced law in the Philippines for 6 years and was a professor teaching business law at the Dela Salle University-College of St. Benilde, Far Eastern University and the Lyceum of the Philippines. He was a former Board Member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Manila chapter.
Attorney Diza is licensed to practice before the California Supreme Court, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Diza is also licensed to practice law in the Philippines. He is a Member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Northern California Chapter.

Atty. Diza is fluent in Tagalog and speaks several Filipino dialects.
