Professional Experience
Katherine L. Curtis joined Reeves and Associates in June 2006. She is an Associate Attorney in the firm's Litigation/Appellate Department in the Pasadena office. She represents clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for waivers of inadmissibility and with appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and the U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals.
Prior to joining Reeves and Associates, Ms. Curtis worked as an immigration attorney in San Diego, California for several years. She specialized in removal and deportation defense, successfully winning appeals before the BIA and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She also has extensive experience with family-based immigration.
Education
Ms. Curtis obtained her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Government from the University of Redlands in 1999. In 2002, she graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law with a Juris Doctor (J.D.).

Activities
Ms. Curtis was admitted to practice law before the California Supreme Court in 2002. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association (AILA).
