Professional Experience
Ms. Anna Michelle T. Llovido joined Reeves & Associates in 2009 as the Manager of its Makati, Philippines office. Prior to joining the firm, she served as Legal Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary for over 30 diversified and dynamic companies engaged in Total Logistics, Ship Management, Air & Travel Services, Information & Communications Technology and Investments under the Transnational Diversified Group.

She has extensive experience in litigation as an associate attorney in a Makati based law firm and through her private practice. She represents clients in family law cases of annulment and declaration of nullity of marriages and civil and criminal cases before the lower and appellate courts. She also represents clients before the Intellectual Property Office in cases involving applications and violations of intellectual property rights. She has also handled complex issues or cases in various practice areas in law relating to labor, mining, public utilities, election, corporate rehabilitation, as well as disputes on water rates and tax issues.

Education
Attorney Llovido earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines in 1999. In 2004, she also earned her Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Santo Tomas.

Memberships
Ms. Llovido passed the Philippine Bar in 2004. She is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
