Professional Experience
Ben Loveman is an associate attorney within Reeves & Associates Family Reunification and Deportation Defense department. He is a seasoned immigration advocate with a wide range of practice experience. His areas of practice include Deportation Defense, Asylum, Appeals, Federal Litigation, Criminal Immigration issues, Waivers, Permanent Residency and Naturalization cases. He has successfully represented clients before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and in Mandamus and Habeas petitions filed with Federal District Courts.
Prior to joining R&A, Mr. Loveman was an immigration attorney in private practice representing clients in a range of immigration matters. Mr. Loveman takes pride in handling tough cases and developing creative and effective solutions to help clients meet their immigration goals.
Education
Ben Loveman was awarded a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of San Francisco, Koret School of Law. During his academic career, he was also awarded a certificate in International and Comparative Law. Mr. Loveman has been exclusively practicing immigration law since graduation. Earlier, he earned a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
Memberships and Activities
Mr. Loveman is a Member in Good Standing of the California State Bar. He is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California. Mr. Loveman is an active member of American Immigration Lawyers Association. |
