Attorney Erin Lee joined Reeves & Associates in 2011. Prior to joining the firm Ms. Lee successfully represented numerous clients in deportation proceedings before the United States Immigration Courts and at the Board of Immigration Appeals. Her experience includes obtaining relief for clients from deportation through cancellation of deportation (now called cancellation of removal), asylum, withholding of removal and protection under the Convention Against Torture, and obtaining relief for clients despite having previous criminal convictions. Atty. Lee has also gained invaluable experience in reuniting families through family petitions and representing clients for naturalization.
Education and Background
In 2004, Ms. Lee earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of California, San Diego. She also studied abroad at Yonsei University in Korea before earning her law degree.
Ms. Lee earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2009. While in law school, Ms. Lee served as a member of San Diego International Law Journal.

Ms. Lee is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of California, U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Los Angeles Bar Association, Immigration Section.
