Professional Experience
Attorney Orit Mizrahie joined Reeves & Associates in November 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mizrahie was an immigration attorney in private practice, successfully representing numerous clients in deportation and removal proceedings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review. In addition, she has represented many clients before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Also, Ms. Mizrahie successfully represented clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services in applications for adjustments of status, waivers, naturalizations, asylum, humanitarian reinstatements, and non-immigrant visas.
Education
Ms. Mizrahie earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Law from California State University Northridge in 2002 and her Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School in 2006, and graduated Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, Ms. Mizrahie was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge Robert W. Alberts at the United States Federal Court in Santa Ana, California. Ms. Mizrahie also served as a Research Editor for the Whittier Law Review.
Admissions
Ms. Mizrahie was admitted to the California State Bar in 2006, the United State Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
