Michael has considerable experience in client representation before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Customs and Border Protection, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Executive Office for Immigration Review’s Immigration Courts, Department of Labor, Department of State, Administrative Appeals Office, Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals, and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Michael graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctorate along with an International Law Concentration certificate from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Michael is admitted to the Florida Bar, United States District Court Southern District of Florida, the United States Courts of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit, and is authorized to practice immigration law throughout the United States.
