Approved Waiver of Inadmissibility (I-601) – December 19, 2017

The Immigration and Nationality Act specifically states that a person is inadmissible to the U.S. if they commit fraud or make a material misrepresentation. This includes entering the U.S. with fraudulent documents. Fortunately for our client, the law also allows for a waiver of fraud based on hardship to a spouse or parent.
