Dear Ms. Recipient,

I wish to inform you that you will be visiting the U.S, Embassy on February 20th, 2014. Your documents has been faxed to the U.S, Embassy in Kabul Afghanistan the appointment date is given as mentioned above. After the interview you will be ask to come back in two days for collection of the Six Mouths NON-IMMIGRANT-VISA. The Visas will be issued to you on February 22nd 2012.

You will visit the Consulate Office with the Original copies of the VISA FORMS four passports photograph, together with the Conference Participant Registration Forms. I will forward you the three questions and answers a day before you visit the Embassy and I will surely give you a phone call before you visit the Embassy in the morning.

The Deposit you made to the Hotel AL BARAKA Management in Dakar-Senegal has been confirmed and taken note of. You will be having the deposit upon your arrival in Senegal.

Due to some experience in the past Conferences hosted by this organization and also due to the event of the September, 11 attack on the World Trade Centre, It has been agreed that all participants to these Conference must have the traveling Insurance Bond. This traveling Insurance Bond will be for the following areas:

(1)  To ensure that the participants are insured of their traveling.
(2)  To ensure that the participants will attend both conferences safely
(3)  To ensure that the participants are coming specifically for the conference and have no other secret adventure.
(4)  To ensure peace and unity of this conference.

This is done because we have more than 10,000 participants coming on this conference all over the world. To ensure people’s safety and hospitality, we have to make sure that every participants pay for his/her traveling Insurance Bond. Therefore, I am advising you now to contact the Insurance Company below and enquirer 2 weeks traveling Insurance Bond. I shall assist you in ways whereby you need my assistance.

Make sure you contact the Insurance and furnish me with the Insurance Bond as soon as possible.

I request that you send me the requested traveling Insurance documents not later than February 20th, 2012, to enable you visit the U.S. Embassy on February 22nd, 2012 for collection of the Non Immigrant Visa.

Remember you will visit the Embassy only with the passports 4 passports photograph together with the NON-IMMIGRANT-VISA FORM and the Conference Participants Registration Forms. I have forwarded copy of the documents to the U.S, Embassy. I will give you a call on February 20th, 2012 at GMT before your visit to the Embassy as I have already make all the necessary arrangement for the NON-IMMIGRANT-VISA to be issued to you on February 22nd, 2012.

Remember you will not need to present the following documents at the Embassy.

(1) Documentation of prior international travel
(2) Documents regarding your company/Business etc.
(3) Last 3 months bank statements of your business/organization.

Make sure you urgently contact the Insurance Company and enquired 2 weeks traveling Insurance Bond for all members of your group.
